This virus takes the nourishment of the host and discharges a large quantity of carbon dioxide.

Therefore, as for contagious Pokemon, a body becomes the balloon.
There is Pokemon which it explodes, and was transported to Pokemon center.

And Lugia of Whirl islands was infected with a virus, too.

Lugia "uuu...My abdomen is just before an explosion."

The body of Lugia becomes the balloon and vibrates.
The body is really just before an explosion.

...........

It did not explode after all.
However, Lugia seems to have been forced the life with the figure which swelled out on.

Sweet! Also, does anyone think people can SEE what you think, and they see THESE images? I think that. They probably will yell "THAT IS JUST PLAIN SICK.", hopefully not.
